Is my stuff really safe?
- I mean, can I really throw away all these faded posters & macaroni art? Answer: Yes and YES! Your content is backed-up on a fortress-level server…and there’s a back-up server to that back-up server! So in the extremely unlikely event a server goes down, the back-up kicks in with all your same content. Sleep easy, mama!

If I share my kids’ profiles with all my family members, do they need a membership, too?
- NO. You only need one membership. As long as your membership is current, they will have free access to your shared profiles.
- Coming this Holiday Season (2024) the option to order printed memory books from your app albums!
- Coming Soon! When your kid graduates and there’s no more to upload, downgrade to an archive membership where your content is safe & secure and always accessible!

Coming Soon! Transfer your membership to your grown child. Unlike the hand-off of giant musty-dusty bins, it’s a simple update to the account holder’s info!
